Your Role at REEL USA

REEL USA has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner with knowledge, skills, and experience to support maintenance planning activities for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) located within Airbus. All work tasks are performed in a safe manner while following plant policies and procedures. The Maintenance Planner will work on-site at the Mobile, AL location.

How Will You Make an Impact

In this role, your primary duty will be to manage maintenance plan and related work orders. Organized them and take appropriate action based on inspection reports. This role requires a safety mind-set, self-motivated person with a positive attitude, a ton of good energy, and effective time management. A successful candidate will be someone who can:

  • Work in a safemanner. Actively participates in REEL's safety, health, and environmental programs. Attends scheduled team meetings and completes safety training requirements. Keeps work area safe and clean.
  • Support the Director and maintenance foreman through a variety of tasks related to maintenance planning.
  • Effectively communicate through telephone and email to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.
  • Prepare key performance indicator to monitor maintenance contract execution.
  • Involved with supplier coordination.
  • Follow the deadlines and monthly task to be executed with in maintenance plan in given month and weeks.
  • Populates the equipment/assets sheets in the SAP database with all relevant data.
  • Gathers the information and prepares the monthly activity progress report.
  • Checks the availability of the necessary documentation for the proper execution of maintenance services.
  • Initiate, in conjunction with the Quality & Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Manager, maintenance audit(s).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
