The Lead Slot Technician:
oversees slot floor operations and interacts with guests to ensure efficiency service expectations during an assigned shift are provided. Ensures employees comply and adhere to company, property, departmental, and governmental policies, procedures and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proper use of Slot Department equipment.
  • Responsible for machine and sign moves.
  • Responsible for machine installs and removal
  • Responsible for machine conversions and all optioning.
  • Responsible for all machine repairs
  • Responsible to investigate machines for meter variances and perform repairs as needed.
  • Assists with jackpot verification.
  • Provides technical evaluation to Manager or designee during disputes.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with Management concerning processes, guests and vendor related issues, problems and/or solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain all communications between player tracking units and EGM's and player tracking to bank network switches.
  • Must notify Supervisor when parts levels become low.
  • Make recommendations on new parts to add to stock.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
