Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring a Business Analyst.
Position Type:

  • Contract
  • Remote – EST timeframe 

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategic initiatives, data analytics, or technology/process optimization within private equity, private credit, investment banking, consulting, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, issue/risk management, and process improvement.
  • Experience working with large datasets, operational reporting, workflow redesign, and business systems optimization.
  • Preferred experience with DealCloud CRM, eFront, Cobalt, and AI Agent builds.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, and enterprise data/process management solutions is a plus.
  • Understanding of private markets workflows and investment lifecycle processes, including deal sourcing, diligence, portfolio management, fundraising, and investor reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across investment, operational, and technical teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate strategic operational initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow optimization, technology enablement, and AI integration across the Private Credit & Equity division.
  • Partner with investment, operations, and technology teams to evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions that improve execution, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Manage cross-functional projects including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, project planning, status tracking, issue resolution, and implementation support.
  • Support the optimization and administration of core business systems, including CRM and portfolio management platforms (DealCloud experience preferred).
  • Analyze operational, financial, and business process data to develop actionable insights, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting infrastructure, data governance, and process standardization across teams.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
