MOBILE MAMMO DRIVER/TECH ASSISTANT – MOBILE WOMENS SERVICES

Parttime (.4 FTE, 32 hours every pay period)

Working two 8-hour day shifts per week between Monday - Friday

Job Description:

Transports mobile medical imaging equipment to client sites along the mobile route and maintains equipment according to specifications. Working closely with all members of the Imaging team, he/she is responsible for providing a clean and safe environment as well as functioning as a receptionist, transporter, positioning aide, and runner for supplies. This individual assists in maintaining a clean and safe environment by doing room cleaning and setting up tasks, cleaning the department traffic areas, stocking supplies and performing end-of-the-day cleaning tasks.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of patient care standards and practices is normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is not necessary but preferred to perform duties.

• Previous clinical medical work experience beneficial.

• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire

• Possesses a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License and Class B CDL License.

• Must pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.

• Must possess a safe driving record.

• Must be able to understand and comply with the applicable DOT safety and compliance rules and regulations.

• Must be able to interact with client personnel and AWH team members in an autonomous, responsible, professional and ethical manner.

• Must be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Must be flexible, reliable and demonstrate sound judgment and initiative.

• Able to demonstrate competency in all applicable areas.

• Must be willing and able to train and assist other drivers and team members.
