Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students and providing them the opportunity to learn and grow. You will provide assessments of their current academic level and design instruction to meet students collective and individual needs. You will work to create and maintain an environment that is enjoyable and promotes the safe space children need to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Assist children with developing social and emotional skills

  • Communicate with parents and other school personnel, providing that bridge between home and school.
  • Assess student's skills and develop opportunities to assist students in meeting developmental milestones
Qualifications
  • Must have a love for children and a strong desire to teach and guide them as they grow
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
  • Meet the experience and training qualifications required by DELC, for their assigned age group
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
