Job description

A national company with a facility in the Pontiac, MI area is currently an experienced Operations Manager for an opportunity with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking a position with potential to grow and advance within the organization.


Operations Manager will be working a full-time, with pay rates anticipated to be $90K - $110K based on each candidate's experience and education. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Requirements of the position:

  • Degree in Business and/or related experience in Operations Management disciplines.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with department supervisory experience in manufacturing or distribution
  • Must have experience and able to demonstrate the ability to be proactive, confident and self-directed, focused on customer service and project completion.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One desirable. Must be willing to obtain this knowledge through training and continuing education.
  • Understanding of legal contracts, negotiations liabilities
  • Must have experience and able to demonstrate a high level of ability to organize, manage time, set flexible and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)·
  •  Complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
