The Role

As a Content Partnerships Coordinator at Edovo, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our 500+ content partner relationships - owning the ticket queue, running onboarding workflows, maintaining partner records across systems, and serving as a responsive, knowledgeable first point of contact for partners who are putting their content in front of incarcerated learners.

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the content partner ticket queue: triage incoming requests, apply the right workflow based on the source and nature of the ticket, and keep the queue at a healthy, manageable volume

  • Handle initial screening conversations with prospective content partners, gathering the information needed before routing to the Content Partnerships Manager for next steps

  • Execute partner onboarding from agreement to activation

  • Maintain accurate partner records across our systems

  • Draft, send, and track partner communications and agreements, using established templates and escalating when needed

  • Collaborate with engineering to find thoughtful places to automate and streamline manual workflowsย

  • Build and maintain process documentation, knowledge base articles, and templated responses to address common partner questions and reduce repeat ticket volume

  • Support the Content Partnerships Manager with scheduling, meeting prep, and follow-up for partner calls and check-ins

Qualifications MUST-HAVES
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

  • Intellectual curiosity, paired with humilityย

  • Strong written communication skills; you can write a clear, warm, professional email and represent Edovo well in partner-facing correspondence

  • Experience working in a CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort picking up new software tools quickly

  • Genuine enjoyment in helping people solve problems - you get satisfaction from making a complicated process feel simple for someone else

  • Ability to explain software platforms and processes to people with a range of technical backgrounds, meeting each person where they are with curiosity and patience

  • Self-directed in a remote environment; you manage your own queue, prioritize without being told, and communicate proactively when something needs attention

  • Alignment with Edovo's mission; you understand that the partners you support are a direct link to incarcerated learners' access to education, and that connection matters to you

NICE-TO-HAVES
  • Experience in content, media, EdTech, publishing, or a nonprofit environment

  • Familiarity with contract administration or vendor and partner management

  • Background in, knowledge of, or interest in building familiarity with the corrections, reentry, or criminal justice
