Summary
Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Developer II / Instructional Developer II to independently develop and revise Navy training materials in support of CTC courseware modernization and sustainment efforts.
Essential Functions
Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials.
Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools.
Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits.
Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs.
Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.
Competencies

Demonstrated experience creating assessments
Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials
Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and attention to detail
