Lead Montessori Lower Elementary Teacher

Job Summary:

Yeshivas Yakir Li, a Jewish Montessori program, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Montessori Teacher to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. As a Lead Teacher, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of educators and guide students through a Montessori curriculum, fostering a love of learning and a strong foundation in both limmudei kodesh and general studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Montessori teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating Lower Elementary curriculum

  • Develop and maintain a Montessori classroom environment that promotes independence, self-directed learning, and creativity

  • Design and facilitate lesson plans that integrate limmudei kodesh and general studies

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity across grade levels

  • Provide guidance and support to Montessori teachers and assistants as needed

  • Participate in school-wide professional development and staff meetings

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences

Requirements:

  • Montessori certification in Lower Elementary
