SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented summer Content Migration Intern to support our website implementation and launch teams. In this role, you will assist with migrating website content into the Finalsite Content Management System (CMS), Composer, ensuring content is organized, accessible, accurate, and visually consistent. You will work closely with internal teams to prepare websites for launch by organizing files, formatting content, and performing quality assurance checks.
This internship provides hands-on experience in digital content management, website organization, accessibility best practices, and CMS workflows within a collaborative remote environment.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Learn and utilize the Finalsite Content Management System (CMS).
  • Migrate website content including text, documents, images, and other digital assets into client websites.
  • Format and organize content to align with website design standards and accessibility best practices.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure migrated content is accurate, functional, and visually consistent.
  • Organize and manage digital files and website resources within established workflows.
  • Assist with cleanup and restructuring of existing website content during migration projects.
  • Follow documented migration processes and meet project timelines.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve migration efficiency and content accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams to support successful website launches.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and workflow efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Web Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Strong written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, website platforms, or digital publishing tools preferred.
  • Basic understanding of website structure, formatting, and user experience best practices.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and digital content best practices preferred.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and web technologies.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous web projects (academic or personal) preferred.
