Job description

Lead the rollout of an innovative education-focused enterprise solution designed to support large school districts and help expand access to AI-powered learning tools. This customer success role blends strategic program management, technical implementation, and educator enablement for a high-impact launch.
New York is the preferred location. Will consider San Francisco (in office 2-3 days a week). 

Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer onboarding and implementation for large school district deployments
  • Coordinate technical setup activities such as single sign-on and role-based access configuration
  • Plan and deliver training sessions that support adoption and product activation
  • Build and nurture a community of practice for educators using the solution
  • Lead discussions with school and district leadership to support rollout success
  • Analyze program data and feedback to identify improvements and refine the experience
  • Partner with internal teams to help ensure smooth execution across the implementation lifecycle
  • Support occasional travel as needed, with an estimated 2–3 trips for the role
Skills
  • Experience in customer success, implementation, or program management within EdTech or a related education environment
  • Strong understanding of AI in education and the broader education technology landscape
  • Ability to manage technical conversations with school and district stakeholders
  • Confident executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership
