To thrive as a member of an Editorial Team, you need excellent writing, proofreading, and research skills, often supported by a degree in English, journalism, or communications. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), style guides like AP or Chicago Manual of Style, and editing tools such as Microsoft Word or Grammarly is typically required.
