Job description

Editorial Project Specialist
The Editorial Project Specialist manages end-to-end editorial projects supporting attorney and business professional biographies, experience records, and other high-visibility content across the firm's website and pitch materials.
This role combines project management, editorial judgment, stakeholder coordination, and exceptional attention to detail. The specialist will manage a high volume of concurrent projects from intake through review, approval, and publication, ensuring content is accurate, compliant, on-brand, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage biography and experience-record projects from intake through review, approval, and web publication.
  • Own associated Adobe Workfront workflows, including deliverables, timelines, status tracking, approvals, and documentation.
  • Manage new and existing attorney and business professional biographies, including new-hire eligibility, stakeholder outreach, content updates, editorial guidance, approvals, publication, and bio slides.
  • Coordinate editorial intake, review, and publication of biography edits and experience-record requests.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, completeness, brand alignment, and compliance.
  • Partner closely with lawyers and cross-functional teams, including attorney licensing and compliance, copy editing, and digital experience, to verify information and resolve issues.
  • Proactively manage deadlines, follow-ups, and competing priorities across a high volume of projects and stakeholders.
  • Support additional integrated content and editorial projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Ability to apply editorial and brand standards consistently and exercise sound judgment with sensitive or compliance-driven content.
  • Experience with project management/workflow platforms; Adobe Workfront preferred.
  • Experience within a law firm, professional services environment, or managing legal, executive, or other high-visibility professional content strongly preferred.
Compensation: $35 - $45/ Hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
