What does an editorial manager do?

An Editorial Manager oversees the planning, editing, and production of content for publications, websites, or media platforms. To thrive as an Editorial Manager, you need a strong background in content creation, editing, and project management, often supported by a degree in English, journalism, or communications. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), editorial planning tools, and style guides such as AP or Chicago Manual of Style is common, and certification in editing or digital publishing is advantageous.
