Are you a creative professional with a passion for design, storytelling, and hospitality? Do you enjoy creating engaging visual content that brings brands to life? If so, Marcus Hotels - Milwaukee Market is looking for a talented Creative Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

As the Creative Coordinator, you will support the marketing and creative initiatives across the Marcus Hotels Milwaukee Market portfolio, helping showcase our distinctive hotels, restaurants, events, and guest experiences. Working closely with the Regional Marketing team and property leaders, you will develop compelling creative content that strengthens brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic hospitality organization while collaborating with multiple award-winning hotel properties throughout the Milwaukee market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and produce marketing collateral for digital and print campaigns, including advertisements, brochures, signage, presentations, flyers, menus, and promotional materials.
  • Create engaging graphics and content for social media, websites, email marketing, digital displays, and internal communications.
  • Assist with photography, photo editing, and basic video production to support marketing initiatives and property events.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with Marcus Hotels & Resorts and brand standards.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing, hotel leadership, and operations teams to develop creative solutions that support promotions, events, and business initiatives.
  • Coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing materials.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • One to three years of professional experience in graphic design, creative services, marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital content management platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Photography and basic video editing experience preferred.
