Location: Hybrid - Allen, TX
Description:
As an eDiscovery Coordinator, you are responsible for managing assigned litigation, regulatory, and investigative matters throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle. You work closely with outside counsel, internal stakeholders, and cross functional team members to define scope, criteria, and deadlines for eDiscovery projects. Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute eDiscovery plans for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Execute end to end eDiscovery data collection, processing, and production activities.
  • Liaise with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to address eDiscovery process questions and requirements.
  • Support legal hold preservation and ongoing compliance efforts.
  • Coordinate small scale data reviews to support GDPR Data Subject Access Requests and internal investigations.
  • Provide eDiscovery platform training and guidance for internal stakeholders.
  • Administer new collection jobs using endpoint technologies including EnCase, Nuix, Magnet Cyber, Cellebrite, and CrashPlan.
  • Document collection metrics and contribute to the enhancement of eDiscovery dashboards and reporting within PowerBi.
  • Process collected data into Nuix and perform post ingestion quality control and validation steps.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and maintain documentation for eDiscovery processes and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in evaluating and recommending the company in house eDiscovery strategy, tools, and technologies.
  • Adhere to established Change Management processes and support the deployment of eDiscovery software upgrades.
  • Prepare and deliver eDiscovery related presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of EnCase, Nuix, RelativityOne and Microsoft 365 Purview eDiscovery.
