These skills and qualifications are crucial for ensuring compliance, efficient document review, and successful litigation outcomes in a technology-driven legal environment.

What are eDiscovery attorneys?

eDiscovery attorneys are legal professionals who specialize in managing the electronic discovery process during litigation or investigations. They are responsible for identifying, collecting, preserving, reviewing, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) such as emails, documents, databases, and other digital records that may be relevant to a legal case.
