Job Description:
The Production Technician is responsible for performing work on manufacturing product lines as assigned. Lines include but are not limited to the following: filling and capping, edible production, packaging, and pre roll assembly. Main duties will include but not be limited to accurately setting up product lines, operating equipment (as assigned), maintaining a clean environment, assembling packaging and/or labeling finished product.
Core Responsibilities:
Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
  • Set up and operate manual to automatic production lines
  • Record all packaging and production activity as directed to ensure all activities are accounted for such as batch processing, cleaning, etc.
  • Meet packaging and production goals set
  • Responsible for maintaining all equipment used in good working condition
  • Report any equipment, product, health, and safety issues to leadership
  • Ensure product is packaged and labeled accurately and in compliance with regulations
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Ensure that assigned areas and equipment are clean and always sanitized
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures and the highest standard of compliance
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education:

  • Manufacturing experience preferred
