Job description

Retail Store Manager – Edible Arrangements

Locations: Kirkland (Primary) & Bellevue, WA

Pay: $25–28/hour depending on experience, plus overtime, bonuses, and sales incentives

Established Edible Arrangements franchise seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to oversee our Kirkland and Bellevue locations.

This is a working leadership role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and is comfortable working alongside the team in production, customer service, and daily operations while also managing staffing, scheduling, compliance, inventory, and overall store performance.

What You’ll Do

• Help manage daily store operations
• Hire, train, and schedule staff
• Participate in production and customer service as needed
• Manage inventory, ordering, and store organization
• Ensure franchise standards and labor compliance requirements are followed
• Coordinate with corporate and vendors
• Prepare for major holiday periods including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas
• Help grow sales through local marketing and business outreach

What We’re Looking For

• Management experience in retail, restaurant, café, bakery, franchise, floral, catering, or similar operations
• Strong organizational and people management skills
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to work alongside the team
• Ability to stay calm during busy holiday periods
