ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with individuals who have disabilities and or barriers to employment and participate in the achievement of their goals. Demonstrate a positive, role model. Display commitment and involvement towards Goodwill's mission.

JOB PROFICIENCIES: Product Knowledge, Oral Communications, Ethics and Trust, Fashion Sense, Customer Service, General Math, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Safety and Security.

JOB COMPETENCIES: Answers donation door greets customers and unloads donations. Sorts donations for in-house storage and load material for store deliveries. Moves materials in or out of the warehouse and operates trash compactor. Cleans work area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Donationdoormustbe answered in a professional manner and within 10 seconds.
  • Locate unloaded material in proper placesinwarehouse.
  • To load material for store deliveries and make deliveries.
  • To move materials in or out of warehouse,asrequired.
  • Move trashtocompactorasneeded.
  • Cleans dock areaduringlast7minutes of workday.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to all safety policiesandreportsviolations.

  • Support the accessibility of our services and facilities free of architectural, attitudinal, environmental, financial, communication,transportation,employmentandother barriers to person with disabilities and barriers to employment.
