Our products support aerospace, defense, air traffic control, and advanced ground vehicle platforms where performance, reliability, and innovation matter.
We are looking for a highly technical, customer-focused US Sales Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, and complex solution selling. In addition, the position develops a strong relationship with the engineering department of the important customers and strategic projects, as well as internally, to discuss and analyze independent possible solutions for the customer's complex problems and needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary technical interface between customers and internal teams during strategic pursuits and active programs
  • Build strong working relationships with customer engineering, systems architecture, and program management organizations
  • Lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer requirements, operational challenges, and integration constraints
  • Support customer meetings, demonstrations, technical interchange meetings (TIMs), trade shows, and program reviews
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value propositions
  • Analyze customer requirements and help define optimal technical architectures and product configurations
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to identify product gaps, enhancements, and roadmap opportunities
  • Assist in defining system-level solutions involving hardware, software, networking, display management, cybersecurity, and open architectures
  • Support technical risk analysis and mitigation planning during pursuit activities
  • Lead development of technical proposal content, compliance matrices, solution descriptions, and technical responses
  • Support US government, prime contractor, and defense-related proposal efforts, including US-eyes-only opportunities
  • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to influence future product development
  • Mentor junior sales engineers and support the development of technical sales best practices
  • Adhere to company procedures and instructions to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality and environmental management system and to minimize environmental impact.

Required Qualifications
