Job description

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Strategic Enterprise Sales Director to lead our US market expansion. In this executive role, you will act as an “intrapreneur,” building a business within a business by developing and scaling high-impact enterprise partnerships.


Rather than relying on fragmented or individual sales efforts, you will leverage your established executive relationships and drive a collaborative, enterprise-wide approach to winning strategic accounts. Working closely with our Solutions Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Delivery teams, you will shape tailored solutions that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.


Your focus is on building long-term strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and positioning HiQo Solutions as a trusted engineering and technology partner across digital transformation initiatives.


Location: Remote (US) – preferably Eastern or Central Time Zone

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for your territory, driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Leverage your existing executive network while building new trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from strategic pipeline development through complex negotiations and deal closure.
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams in collaboration with Solutions Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Delivery teams.
  • Translate client business challenges into tailored engineering and technology solutions.
  • Position HiQo Solutions as a long-term strategic partner focused on measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities across advanced technology and engineering domains.
  • Build and expand strategic account relationships over time.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience within technology consulting, software engineering services, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong experience in building and growing enterprise accounts in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Established network of executive-level relationships within enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes end-to-end.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer challenges into technology-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and delivery teams in a consultative sales model.


Industry & Technical Expertise

  • Deeply rooted industry experience and technical fluency in driving revenue across Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), Agentic AI, IoT, cloud, and software engineering services, including AI-powered and intelligent connected solutions.
  • Proven experience winning and growing complex enterprise engagements across IoT, cloud, software development, and digital engineering environments.
  • Ability to confidently engage with both business and technical stakeholders on complex technology topics across software, cloud, AI, and data ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions spanning software engineering, cloud services, AI/ML, and data platforms into clear business value and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams (e.g., software engineering, cloud, data, platform, and AI teams) in a consultative enterprise sales context.

Highly desirable:

  • Strong understanding of Embedded Engineering, Edge Computing, and hardware-driven technology ecosystems.
  • Proven experience selling or growing enterprise engagements in embedded systems, hardware-integrated solutions, or device-centric platforms.
