What is a remote call evaluator?

A Remote Call Evaluator is a professional who listens to and assesses recorded customer service or sales calls to ensure quality standards are met. They typically work from home and use evaluation criteria provided by their employer to score calls on factors such as professionalism, adherence to scripts, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
