Job Responsibilities Maintain overall appearance & cleanliness of facility after hours Oversee & lead night operations cleaning team Ensure all trash & recycling (if required) are emptied nightly Ensure dusting schedule is adhered to Mondays high level surfaces Tuesdays low level surfaces Wednesdays mid-level surfaces & blinds Thursdays high level surfaces Fridays low level surfaces Ensure all entrances, lobbies & common areas are fully cleaned nightly Ensure all restrooms are fully cleaned nightly Ensure all exam rooms are fully cleaned nightly Ensure all kitchens/kitchenettes are fully cleaned nightly Ensure all paper towels, toilet tissue, soap & other miscellaneous consumable products used in restrooms, kitchens/kitchenettes, etc. are refilled nightly Ensure vacuuming schedule is adhered to, including weekly edge-to-edge vacuuming Ensure all required doors are shut, locked and secured nightly Specific job duties as assigned Maintain janitorial closet organization Manage chemical supply inventories Emergency assistance as needed
