Overnight Baker, 2am-10am daily, starting $15 w/experience - Einstein Bros Bagels
Einstein Bros.® Bagels is your neighborhood bagel shop. We're proud to provide our guests with freshly baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, coffee, catering and so much more. Stop on in. We'll have a fresh bagel and cup of coffee ready for you.
The overnight baker is responsible for baking all the bagels, pastries, bacon, and hashbrowns needed for in-house and catering operations. Baker shifts are 2am-10am daily. Bakers need strong written and verbal communication skills in order to check catering orders and adjust prep amounts to meet the operations needs. Due to the hours of the poistion, bakers generally work alone so an ideal candidate must be punctual, have good time management to complete the baking before open and be self motivating and able to work with little to no direct supervision.
