Fast growing custom closet and home organization company looking for an experienced woodworking professional to join our manufacturing team.
The Shop Employee will work in a manufacturing environment building custom products and operating a variety of woodworking equipment. Candidates should have hands on woodworking experience and be comfortable working with power tools, machinery, and detailed measurements.
Responsibilities
Operate woodworking and manufacturing equipment
Cut, assemble, and prepare materials for production
Read measurements, drawings, and work orders
Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Assist with various manufacturing tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous woodworking or cabinet manufacturing experience required
Experience with an edge bander and sliding table saw preferred
CNC operation experience is a plus
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements
