Your role at Clorox:

The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth, equity, and business performance of the Burt's Bees Face, Body, Club, and Gifting businesses. This role shapes business direction, develops and executes integrated marketing and communications strategies, leverages consumer and market insights, and leads portfolio growth initiatives that deliver sustainable business results. The Brand Manager owns business analysis and performance reporting, identifying opportunities and risks while translating data into actionable recommendations that strengthen brand health, consumer engagement, and financial performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the Burt's Bees Face, Body, Club, and Gifting portfolio to deliver annual business, brand equity, market share, and financial objectives.
  • Own portfolio forecasting, business performance reporting, and monthly and quarterly business reviews, synthesizing sales, consumption, market share, profitability, distribution, and brand health data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive growth and inform leadership decision-making.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business analytics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop annual operating plans and support long-range strategic planning to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights, Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Integrated Business Planning teams to align business priorities and deliver results.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for core business initiatives, seasonal programs, and category growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop compelling consumer communications, media plans, creative assets, and retail activation strategies.
  • Partner closely with Sales to support customer planning and drive execution excellence across key retail channels.
  • Coach and develop 2 Associate Marketing Managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture

What we look for:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Category Management, or related commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading business strategy and delivering measurable growth results.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging syndicated data (Circana/IRI, Nielsen), consumer research, and business performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA preferred.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of brands, categories, or businesses.
  • Previous people management or coaching experience.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.


-Zone A: $131,200 - $258,500

-Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000

-Zone C: $109,400 - $215,500
