Job Description
About the Role:
If you are someone who is passionate about pricing and has experience to reflect this in your career, this could be the role for you. You'll maintain pricing models across the Association for our range of products, memberships and services. You will develop processes and tools, as well as reports to improve visibility of pricing within the Association. We need to ensure pricing is regularly updated, and for this you will conduct the analysis needed to inform the Association's go-to-market propositions and support the successful launch of new products. You'll also contribute to sales growth and delivery of Average Revenue Per Member (ARPM) and Net Price Realized (NPR) targets by informing pricing and proposition programs and supporting the development of promotional activities. This role is US based, report to the Director - Experience and use a hybrid work schedule. The team meets in our Durham office weekly.
You Will:
  • Lead a team of people, following the Association's Management Charter, with managing people being the primary responsibility
  • Collaborate with team members including CIMA, AICPA product and portfolio management, Finance, Marketing and membership teams to keep them informed about any pricing scenario
  • Support achieving annual Sales, revenue and margin targets. Deliver B2C pricing suggestions requiring a balance between increasing Sales and prices, whilst minimizing negative impact on sales volumes and customer retention targets.
  • Recommend pricing for B2C markets across international territories, for a diverse portfolio, and membership subscription services within a structured timeline
  • Manage pricing management and governance frameworks and processes.
  • Model new propositions economics and apply rigorous due diligence.

Qualifications
You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or Economics or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years experience in progressive roles using pricing expertise.
  • Prior experience leading project teams

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $88,000 - $125,000
