eCommerce Store order fulfilment Specialist

Location: Fully on-site in our Hoffman Estate Office

Positions Available:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Pay: $20.00 per Hour plus benefits!

About Us

The Heartland Roadshow is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable eCommerce Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining an organized workspace. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our eBay and Whatnot stores, ensuring that customers receive their orders correctly and on time.The ideal candidate is efficient, dependable, and possesses basic technical skills. While prior experience with eBay or Whatnot is a plus, it is not required as long as you have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill and prepare customer orders for shipment through eBay and related shipping software
  • Ensure accuracy in product fulfilment
  • Use shipping software and/or mobile apps to process and track orders
  • Maintain organized records of orders and shipments
  • Support the team with other eCommerce-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of technology (computers, smartphones, apps, and shipping platforms)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • eBay or eCommerce experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
