ERP / eCommerce Data amp; Website Coordinator
Innovative Tooling amp; Accessories, Inc. – Houston, TX
Innovative Tooling amp; Accessories, Inc. is a broadline, business-to-business distributor of pneumatic tools, maintenance, repair, operating supplies and other related products and services.
Innovative Tooling amp; Accessories, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable individual to help organize, cleanse, and maintain product and pricing data for our ERP system and eCommerce website environment. This position will play a key role in improving the structure, accuracy, and usability of our online product catalog and internal product database.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large amounts of data, Excel, ERP systems, product categorization, and website content management.
Responsibilities
  • Cleanse, organize, and standardize item data within our ERP system (Epicor Prophet 21)
  • Assist in building and maintaining product category structures for our eCommerce website
  • Create and maintain product attributes, descriptions, and classifications
  • Import/export pricing and product data using Excel spreadsheets and ERP tools
  • Update customer pricing, product pricing, and website product information
  • Work with management to improve data consistency and website usability
  • Perform ongoing website maintenance and product catalog updates
  • Help identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate product records
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to gather missing product information
  • Assist with SEO-friendly product naming and categorization practices
Qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience working with ERP systems preferred (Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a major plus)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn product structures and maintain consistency
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce or website product management preferred
  • Experience with product categorization, inventory systems, or data management is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
