Job Description:

As Senior Product Manager (e-commerce), you will own the vision, strategy, and execution needed to scale ane-commerce Platform.You will evaluate the existing online purchasing platform,identifyfriction points that prevent clients from buying quickly, and build the roadmap to simplify and accelerate digital transactions.You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, partnering closely with Engineering, UI/UX, and Marketing to drive measurable growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define, evangelize, and own the product vision and strategic roadmap foroure-commerce capabilities, ensuring alignment with core businessobjectivesand measurable revenue outcomes.

  • Lead strategic market research and competitive analysis toidentifygrowth opportunities and ensure the product is positioned to win.

  • Translate deep market and user insights into clear, actionable product requirements, collaborating closely with Engineering and UI/UX teams to drive development.

  • Partner with the Marketing team to align digital advertising, SEO, and lead-generation initiatives with product roadmap.

  • Monitor e-commerce performance, conversion funnels, and KPIs using analytics tools to continuouslyoptimizeacquisition, activation, and retention.

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage the full product lifecycle - from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration - ensuringtimelydelivery of high-quality, customer-centric capabilities.

  • Make decisive prioritization and trade-off decisions, balancing technical constraints, resource allocation, and customer benefits to maximize business impact.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal to ensure seamless product delivery.

Business Impact & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Align all product initiatives with key business outcomes, with a specific focus on driving e-commerce revenue growth, user adoption, and customer retention.

  • Serve as a domain expert for the e-commerce stream, partnering with Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales, and Account Management teams to support commercial success.

  • Maintain comfort with occasional client-facing situations to support high-level engagements and inform product decisions.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience; a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or Data Analytics) is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.

  • Demonstrated B2B e-commerce experience - ideallyhaving built, launched, orscaledan online purchasing platform or digital self-serve buying experience.

  • Proventrack recordof driving e-commerce revenue growth and improving online conversion metrics.

  • Experience collaborating with Marketing on digital advertising, SEO, and lead-generation strategies tied to e-commerce.

  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to conduct market analysis, think strategically, and translate complex data into a clear product vision and profitable, user-centric solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership.

  • Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of modern technology concepts (e.g.,AI/ML, cloud computing, big data, e-commerce platforms) sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering partners on technical trade-offs.

  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and e-commerce business models and key metrics, with experience developing product strategies that directlyimpactrevenue and retention.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Collaboration: Experience partnering with marketing and sales teams to launch products and drive commercial success.
