Job description

Summary
The E-Commerce Specialist plays a key role in driving online sales growth for shophamricks.com. You'll manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, optimize the online store experience, support digital marketing efforts, and help expand our fast-growing online business. This position collaborates closely with merchandising, marketing, warehouse, and store teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience that reflects Hamrick's commitment to quality and value.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of products to sell online
  • Write product descriptions for 16 unique styles each hour
  • Answer and resolve any merchandise issues from merchant and Ecommerce teams
  • Assist in online merchandising of businesses as needed
  • Manage product information edits and website maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Manage flow of product in and at our distribution center. Working closely with fulfillment staff.
  • Organize products to ensure maximum efficiency to list products to website daily
  • Build and maintain cross functional relationships with peers, managers, and staff

Qualifications
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a customer-first approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new programs and platforms
  • Ability to work constructively in a team environment where brainstorming and collaboration are standard
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-processing environment
  • Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 lbs.
