Job Description
We are seeking a strategic eCommerce Project Manager to take ownership of our digital store platform. In this role, you will be the primary driver for our online store footprint. You will directly facilitate and give leadership direction to any site updates, functional enhancements, and architectural changes. You will bridge the gap between creative, software developers, business development and sales teams to deliver an exceptional digital purchasing experience for our B2B and consumer clients.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Site Updates: Facilitate, prioritize, and give final tactical direction to all e-commerce website updates, layout adjustments, and functional changes.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Creative, Product, Sales, and internal IT teams to execute web campaigns and platform initiatives.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Translate high-level business targets into actionable development cycles, managing technical dependencies across teams.
  • Conversion Optimization: Monitor website performance, tracking conversion funnels and user experience metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • System Integrations: Oversee the implementation and optimization of essential backend systems, including order management, ERPs, and billing gateways.
