The Associate Partnership Lead, Staples Media Network, plays a critical role in managing vendor partnerships and driving media revenue growth. In this role, you will own a portfolio of vendor accounts, develop strategic media plans, and collaborate closely with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs. You'll leverage your expertise in ecommerce, digital media, analytics, and client services to inform data-driven decisions, optimize performance, and deliver best-in-class partner experiences-all while balancing vendor objectives with Staples' business priorities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow relationships with vendor partners, building trust and identifying new opportunities for incremental revenue
  • Develop strong product and platform expertise to inform media recommendations and execute integrated campaigns
  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, eCommerce Product, Marketing, and other teams to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Collaborate with media managers, planners, and agency partners to activate and optimize campaigns
  • Monitor financial performance across assigned accounts and manage toward SMN revenue goals and P&L targets
  • Leverage analytics, testing, and insights to optimize program performance and refine customer engagement strategies
  • Deliver white-glove service to mid-tier vendor partners, ensuring a best-in-class experience
  • Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities for innovation, growth, and program expansion

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights

What's Needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital media, retail media, or related role
  • Strong knowledge of digital media channels, audience targeting, and campaign activation strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

What's Needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Familiarity with retail media networks and understanding of the AdTech/MarTech landscape
  • Experience working in ecommerce or retail media environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering results
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
