Job Summary:
eCom Solutions Inc is a company focused on data analytics and reporting, seeking a Campaign Settlement & Analytics Admin. The role involves supporting customer connect activities, generating reports, and monitoring supply of campaign parts while interacting with clients and completing ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support Customer Connect related activities including recall, service campaign, and settlement initiatives
โ€ข Generate reports which may pull data from a single or multiple system
โ€ข Assists management with developing, generating and updating reporting of recalls and service campaigns
โ€ข Generate, review and maintain documentation on system reports and charts
โ€ข Identify, analyze and research trends, data errors or inconsistencies within the assigned business units
โ€ข Monitor supply of campaign parts and dealer backorders and work with internal departments and parts suppliers to identify issues
โ€ข Utilize the following applications to support assigned projects: Microsoft Office, SQL, Alteryx, Siebel CRM, and AS400
โ€ข Update customer facing documents, including but not limited to recall and service campaign content on websites, call center talk tracks and owner notifications
โ€ข Interact with client contacts as assigned; exemplifying professional attributes
โ€ข Complete ad hoc projects with tight deadlines which will require daily updates to client
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel formulas
โ€ข Ability to prioritize work among multiple projects and monitor progress and status
โ€ข Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with operations team and clients
โ€ข Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
Preferred:
โ€ข College degree in relevant or related field
โ€ข Experience with SQL queries to retrieve data from databases
โ€ข Experience with data prep, analysis and related tools
โ€ข Familiarity with Alteryx
