Your role at Clorox:

Owns integrating and delivering the 18mo.+ eCommerce customer plan, tailoring strategy to share growth plans and proactively managing R&Os. Drives cross-block initiatives and facilitates customer partnership to bring BU strategy to life across pure-play eCom and omnichannel retailers. ~50% internal facing, 50% external facing.

In this role, you will:

  • 18mo.+ Customer Plan: Owns integrating and delivering the 18mo.+ customer plan, tailoring strategy to share growth plans and proactively managing R&Os.
  • Channel Initiatives & BU Strategy: Leads channel initiatives and shapes BU strategy, driving cross-block initiatives.
  • Customer Partnership: Facilitates customer partnership, leading key engagements and driving follow-through on next steps.
  • R&O Management: Frames range of acceptable outcomes and guides team/customers to isolate best path forward, leading the process to secure BU resources, if necessary.
  • National Plan Input: Provides eCom channel insight/market trends to shape the National Category Strategy.

What we look for:

  • Clorox/equivalent BU and Customer (preferably eCom/LER) experience
  • Proficiency in Sr. Leadership Communication/Influence, Cross-Functional Knowledge/Influence, Financial Acumen
  • Knowledgeable in innovation processes, S&OP/OE, Sales analytics tools (Stackline, Profitero, IRI, Panel), Categories/Brands, Retail Marketplace, Category Selling and Negotiation, Customer Business Planning

-Zone A: $131,200 - $258,500

-Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000

-Zone C: $109,400 - $215,500
