Job description

Team is seeking a contract Delivery Lead to support the Platform Engineering value stream.

This role will be embedded within the DevOps & Tooling team and will own delivery coordination across infrastructure, developer tooling, and CI/CD workstreams.

Team Context

  • Value Stream: DevOps & Tooling Platform Engineering (Global eCommerce)
  • Team Mission: Promote automation and resiliency in platform systems to enable risk-free business delivery at scale
  • Jira Project: PTCP Dev Ops & Tooling - Platform Engineering - eCom
  • Delivery Framework: Kanban

Look for candidates who:

  • Own delivery + execution, not just planning
  • Have worked in DevOps / Platform / Infra teams
  • Understand flow metrics + Kanban, not just Scrum

Candidate Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or DevOps environments
  • Proven stakeholder management, working with engineering leads, product managers, and senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience managing Kanban backlogs (prioritization, flow health, task sizing, tracking)
  • Solid understanding of delivery metrics (cycle time, lead time, throughput, WIP)
  • Experience working in CI/CD environments with developer tooling dependencies
  • Ability to identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks
  • Strong experience with Jira (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
