Rosella KPT is Hiring a Part-Time Server!

Rosella, part of the Kennebunkport Resort Collection, has expanded from New York City to Kennebunk, Maine! As NYC's only sushi restaurant committed to sustainably sourced ingredients, Rosella brings its innovative, eco-conscious sushi to the beautiful Maine coast.

We're looking for an experienced, energetic part-time server to join our team! If you're passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing an elevated guest experience with warm hospitality and a positive attitude
  • A strong understanding of and familiarity with the menu, ingredients, and beverages, that regularly rotate, and an ability to communicate them to guests effectively
  • Set up and breakdown of the bar and dining room nightly
  • Bussing and clearing tables. As well as polishing during downtime
  • Being an organized team player who can manage prep, work, guest experience, and communicate efficiently
  • The ability to work under pressure and function in an open kitchen
  • Excellent time-management skills

Expected skills:

  • 2+ years of service experience
  • A warm personality and a positive team-forward attitude
  • Comfortable engaging with guests to create a connection
  • A trustworthy and reliable nature
  • Open availability including weekends
  • Clear communication skills
  • Good spatial awareness
  • Multitasking in a busy environment
  • Organized and efficient
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • A sincere passion for food and beverage and the guest experiences
  • Some experience in Japanese and or sushi restaurants is preferred
  • Familiarity with open table and or toast is a plus
  • Servsafe certification will be a requirement for FOH and BOH managers, but we will work with you to obtain it if needed
