Who We Are:

We are looking for entry-level (no experience) and experienced cardiac Analysis Technicians to join our Clinical Services team who are passionate about ECG interpretation and helping cardiac patients through our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensor technologies. The right individuals will join a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment with many career advancement opportunities.ย  Primary duties include, but are not limited to, learning how to interpret ECG arrhythmias, and analyzing cardiac patient data and related algorithm findings from Carnation Ambulatory Monitors (CAMs) to produce high-quality cardiac monitoring reports for our clinical customers.ย ย 

What You'll Do:

  • Process, analyze, interpret, and edit ECG cardiac data for clinical accuracy and completeness.ย ย 

  • Identify and effectively communicate ECG abnormalities that meet established notification criteria.ย ย 

  • Build CAM reports including summary of findings and applicable ECG strips according to established standards.ย 

  • Achieve and maintain monthly metric goals for quality and productivity.ย ย 

  • Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements including but not limited to a CRAT or CCT certification through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).ย ย 

  • Receive detailed feedback and evaluation scores from Internal Review Technicians on every ECG report prepared. Review feedback regularly and make necessary report corrections as delegated.ย 

  • Under direction of assigned Electrophysiology Mentor, participate in assigned technician group to request clarification and assistance on difficult ECG interpretations and/or following policies and procedures for workflow.ย 

  • Submit confirmation requests to expert analysis team to confirm advanced ECG interpretations and any ECG data that may meet established notification criteria.ย 

  • Working overtime as needed to maintain workflow objectives and ensure the quality and timeliness of ECG reporting.ย ย 

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalentย 

  • Must pass the ECG Training Course upon hire with a 75% or better and/or pass the Pre-Employment ECG Exam prior to employment.ย ย 

  • Must pass the BDx Software Training Course upon hire.ย ย 

  • Must obtain CRAT or CCT certification within 12 months of hire date if not already certified.ย ย 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.ย ย 

  • Excellent attention-to-detail.ย 

  • Phenomenal work ethic and desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our customers and patients.ย ย 

  • Must be able to balance team/individual responsibilities and contribute to a positive team culture.ย ย 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSย 

  • Some college coursework or ECG certification preferred.ย ย 

  • Zero (0) to three (3) years of ECG interpretation experience with in-depth arrhythmia knowledge and skill preferred.ย ย 

  • Prior experience as a Holter, Event, or Telemetry technician in an ambulatory monitoring setting preferred.ย ย 

  • Current CRAT or CCT certification preferred.ย ย 

  • Prior knowledge of medical terminology specific to Cardiology and Electrophysiology preferred.ย ย 

This role is required onsite Monday to Friday in Minneapolis, MN.

The above range represents the expected hourly range for this position. The actual hourly rate may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
