Job description

Rhythm Express is seeking a Senior ECG Cardiac Technician who is passionate about analyzing cardiac rhythms and assisting patients and clinics with using our monitoring devices for cardiac arrhythmias. This individual will be part of a fast paced, collaborative, and expanding team. Candidate will have CCT or CRAT certification with expertise in cardiac rhythm recognition and analysis skills, especially with difficult to adjudicate ECG Strips. Position requires proficiency in computers (frequent use of Microsoft Office 365 and tools), strong written and verbal communication, and enjoys attention to detail and making a difference with patients. Role will provide growth and advancement opportunities along with a bonus incentive pay structure. Experience with cardiology or electrophysiology clinic workflows is a plus. We are looking for two ECG Technicians to support our Memphis, TN location.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process, analyze and edit Holter, Event/MCT final summary reports for clinical accuracy.
  • Analyze, adjudicate, and effectively communicate urgent ECG findings to physicians and medical offices.
  • Provide technical/Clinical support for customers, internal employees, and patients on the use of our device or reports.


Expected Functional Competencies, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Five years or more experience providing ECG monitoring/analysis/reporting
  • Knowledge of computers, and computer applications (Office 365, Windows)
  • Strong written communication skills, ability to conduct yourself professionally while maintaining business relationships
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and focus on specific performance goals.
  • Desire to continuously develop clinical knowledge, focus on ECG rhythm analysis skills.
  • Evaluate and effectively communicate ECG abnormalities to clinicians based on established notification criteria.
  • Enjoys helping others
  • Have/Maintain CCT/CRAT certification.
