Job description

Find your calling at Mercy!The supervisor will assist in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and personnel. Serves as a clinical resource for staff. Functions as a monitor technician in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties as delegated by the manager/director. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:

Education: High school diploma/GED
Licensure:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of monitor technician experience strongly preferred. Will consider previous healthcare and/or leadership experience in lieu of direct monitor technician experience
Certifications: CRAT certification within 1 year of hire/promotion.
Other: Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
