Job description

Description:

About Grace

You’ll be joining Grace Technologies, a global leader in electrical safety and predictive maintenance. We pioneered Permanent Electrical Safety Devices (PESDs) and created GracePort®, the industry-standard panel interface connection that allows technicians to work more safely without opening energized electrical enclosures. Our solutions also include voltage indicators, test points, lockout/tagout, GraceSense™ predictive maintenance for real-time equipment condition monitoring, and Proxxi wearable safety technology—protecting people and equipment in more than 60 countries.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead high-impact programs from concept to real-world deployment—connecting teams, customers, and technology to deliver results that matter.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Own full lifecycle program execution—from planning through deployment and post-launch support
  • Build and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Translate customer needs into clear technical and operational plans
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to bring solutions to life
  • Coordinate pilot programs, demos, and on-site deployments
  • Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they impact delivery
  • Keep stakeholders aligned with clear, consistent communication
  • Capture field feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain clean, accurate documentation and report progress to leadership

What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing programs or projects in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results

Nice to Have

  • Experience with pilot programs, demos, or early-stage product deployments
  • Background in electrical safety, industrial systems, or similar technical fields
  • Comfort working in fast-moving or evolving environments

What Sets You Apart

  • You bring structure to complexity and keep things moving forward
  • You communicate clearly—whether it’s with engineers or customers
  • You stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
  • You can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
  • You put the customer at the center of everything you do

Working Conditions & Travel

You’ll split your time between office collaboration, virtual coordination, and hands-on field engagement.

  • Travel to customer sites as needed for deployments, pilots, and program support
  • Work in both office and industrial environments, including active production settings
  • Occasional exposure to equipment, noise, or outdoor conditions during site visits
  • Use of standard office tools and technology for planning, reporting, and communication

This role is dynamic—you’ll move between strategy and execution, from conference rooms to customer sites, making a direct impact in the field.

Why This Opportunity is Different

You’re not just managing projects—you’re delivering solutions that make industrial environments safer and smarter.

At Grace, your work directly impacts real customers, real systems, and real outcomes.

You’ll have visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to shape how our products are deployed and experienced around the world.

Additional Details

  • This role includes a mix of office, virtual, and field-based work, including time in industrial environments
  • You may be required to travel to customer sites and work around active equipment or varying environmental conditions
  • You should be comfortable performing light physical tasks such as standing, walking, and occasionally lifting equipment (up to ~25 lbs)
  • This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed and is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
