At Diligent, we’re looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our physicians are fully credentialed and ready to provide top-notch care to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Credentialing Champion! Manage the full cycle of credentialing for our physicians, including state licenses, hospital privileges, and payer enrollments. Your attention to detail will keep everything on track!
  • Organize Like a Pro! Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all licensing and training information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Support Your Team! Provide assistance to colleagues and contribute to a positive, service-oriented atmosphere.
  • Embrace Technology! Use our credentialing software (QGenda) and document storage systems (eBridge) to streamline processes and maintain organization.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the medical field, particularly in physician credentialing and payer enrollment.
