Responsibilities
- Solve deep technical problems spanning across first-party Google Android systems.
- Lead and mentor the GMS Frameworks team to be high-performing engineers, while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner and collaborate with teams across job functions to drive consensus and deliver positive impact to Google Android users.
- Ensure best-in class third-party developer experience for Play services SDKs.
- Drive architectural improvements that enable Google mobile innovation at competitive speeds while maintaining rigorous standards for policy compliance, regulations, and architectural controls to guarantee user safety and privacy.
