• Conduct thorough initial assessments and mental health evaluations, recognizing each client’s specific needs and goals.
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that align with client aspirations and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver effective individual therapy sessions for adult clients using solution-focused and supportive therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to engage clients in comfortable, secure virtual sessions that promote accessibility.
• Facilitate crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring timely support for clients facing acute challenges.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and team meetings to stay updated in the field of mental health.

Our clients are diverse, encompassing a wide range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from varied backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

• Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with managing a caseload of clients in a community health setting.
