• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused interventions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and engage clients in therapy sessions aimed at addressing their mental health challenges.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of clinical records for regulatory compliance and easy access for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes medical professionals, counselors, and support staff to provide coordinated care.
• Facilitate case consultations and actively participate in peer review meetings to foster professional growth and enhance the quality of care.
• Empower clients and their families through education about mental health, providing resources and strategies for ongoing support.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily individuals experiencing substance use disorders, who may also have concurrent mental health issues. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on unique client needs will be essential in fostering their recovery journey. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, particularly within a substance use or mental health treatment setting.
