Job Title: Eastern Sierra Branch Manager

Location: Eastern Sierra Region (Mammoth Lakes and Bishop)
Department: Retail Banking Group
Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Salary Range: $80, 000- $135, 000

Additional Compensation:

This position includes eligibility for quarterly incentives and employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs.

Total Compensation: In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for quarterly incentive compensation, including performance-based salary increases. Oak Valley Community Bank also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings with employer match, paid time off, and other voluntary benefits. Final compensation will be based on skills experience, and internal equity.

Oak Valley Community Bank is looking for an experienced and relationship-focused Eastern Sierra Manager to lead our Eastern Sierra branch network. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple branch locations. 

As a key leader within the Retail Banking Group, you will have the opportunity to build strong community partnerships, deepen client relationships, and help shape the future of banking in the Eastern Sierra region. 

What You'll Do

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for our Eastern Sierra branch operations [Mammoth Lakes and Bishop locations]. 
  • Drive deposit growth, lending production, and customer relationship expansion. 
  • Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to achieve sales, service, and performance goals. 
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, accountability, and collaboration. 
  • Build and strengthen business relationships throughout the communities we serve. 
  • Participate in community organizations and events to increase the bank's visibility and support business development efforts. 
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, banking regulations, and operational procedures. 
  • Oversee branch profitability, expense management, and achievement of established goals. 
  • Support lending activities, including customer consultations, loan application discussions, and relationship management. 
  • Promote a positive, engaging workplace where employees can grow and succeed. 

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent banking leadership experience. 
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the finance/banking and insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking operations, lending products, compliance requirements, and sales management. 
  • Currently working in banking
  • Proven ability to develop employees, build customer relationships, and drive business growth. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards for service and operational excellence. 
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between branch locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience business development solutions and financial technology.
