General

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Supervisor to join our operations team. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day oversight of frontline staff and ensuring safe, efficient, and professional execution of operational standards. The Supervisor is responsible for promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence, while ensuring compliance with company policies and FAA regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and support to flight attendants and operational staff
  • Work cohesively with the operations team to ensure on-time departures and a smooth overall operation.
  • Remain current as a flight attendant and operate flights as necessary to support the operation.
  • Monitor performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefs when necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between crew members and management, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Participate in investigations, fact-finding, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist with coordination of irregular operations and provide support during disruptions.
  • Deliver coaching, recognition, and corrective feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Ensure consistent application of safety and service standards.

Schedule & Availability:

  • Must be available 5 days a week, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours, including early mornings or late evenings as needed to support the operation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in aviation or transportation.
  • Previous experience as a flight attendant or operations team member preferred.
  • Must be able to maintain active flight status and meet all flight attendant qualifications.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and company scheduling system.
  • Must be able to obtain airport security clearance.
