Rojahn Custom Cabinetry is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Custom Cabinet Builder to join our manufacturing team.
We build high-end custom kitchens, built-ins, closets, vanities, bars, and architectural millwork for discerning homeowners, builders, and designers throughout the Eastern Seaboard and Beyond.

Position Summary
The Custom Cabinet Builder is responsible for manufacturing premium custom cabinetry and millwork from detailed shop drawings. You'll work with hardwoods, plywoods, veneers, laminates, and premium hardware while producing work that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
  •  Build frameless and face-frame cabinetry from shop drawings. 
  •  Read and interpret production drawings accurately. 
  •  Assemble cabinet boxes, drawers, doors, and specialty components. 
  •  Install drawer slides, hinges, lift systems, and accessories. 
  •  Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently. 
  •  Verify dimensions and maintain tight quality tolerances. 
  •  Identify and resolve production issues before they reach finishing or installation. 
  •  Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. 
  •  Collaborate with designers, CNC operators, finishers, and installers. 
  •  Meet production schedules without sacrificing quality. 
Qualifications
  •  Minimum 3 years of cabinet shop experience
  •  Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods. 
  •  Ability to accurately read shop drawings. 
  •  Experience with frameless cabinetry preferred. 
  •  Familiarity with hardwoods, plywood, MDF, veneers, and laminates. 
  •  Strong attention to detail. 
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  •  Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
