Job Title: Facilities ManagerWhat this job involves:

Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Manager and become the orchestrator behind several premier office facilities across the vibrant state of North Carolina! This regional opportunity puts you at the center of high-impact real estate operations, where you'll partner directly with Senior Facility Managers, Regional leadership, and Corporate Real Estate teams to deliver exceptional facility experiences that keep businesses thriving. You'll be the trusted single point of contact ensuring seamless operations, tenant satisfaction, and service excellence across a diverse portfolio of Critical Level and other properties. This role combines the flexibility of remote work with meaningful on-site engagement through annual facility visits, offering the perfect blend of strategic oversight and hands-on impact.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Serving as the single point of contact for tenant relations and facility operations across multiple North Carolina office properties
  • Supporting the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term facility projects for the client portfolio
  • Developing and implementing innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
  • Overseeing the development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives
  • Coordinating critical facility services to maintain industry-leading standards across all properties
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for client stakeholders
  • Conducting regular facility visits throughout the eastern Carolina region to ensure operational excellence
  • Driving tenant satisfaction initiatives and responding to facility-related concerns and requests
  • Collaborating with Facility Management Leads and cross-functional teams to optimize facility performance
Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of facilities management experience specifically in office facilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the eastern Carolina region
  • Based in or near Raleigh, North Carolina
  • Strong budget development and financial management capabilities
  • Proven track record of implementing cost-reduction initiatives
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and client representatives

Preferred:

  • Experience managing multi-site facility portfolios
  • Background in Critical Level facility operations
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate operations and industry standards

Estimated compensation for this position:

105,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
